The Greek Philosopher Heraclitus was known for suggesting that, “Nothing is permanent except change.” Over 2,000 years later, no statement could better characterize the current business environment. The challenges facing today’s organizations demand ever-increasing focus on the human factors related to performance, aspects like building a productive organizational culture that motivates employees of many different generations, recruiting and selecting the best employees, appraising and developing employee skills to maximize performance, and appropriately managing diversity. My passion and expertise is teaching others to maximize performance by focusing on these elements of human capital.
